Hunt County Sheriff reports two people have been arrested for outstanding warrants in the Wills Point area

June 29—The Hunt County Sheriff’s Office released the following information regarding two arrests this morning in the southern county:

At approximately 9:30 a.m. on June 29, 2023, the Hunt County Sheriff’s Office served a narcotics search warrant in the 10000 block of Wood Hollow Circle, Wills Point, TX. The search warrant resulted in the arrest of two people, both of whom were arrested on outstanding warrants and face other charges. The Hunt County Sheriff’s Office seized methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia commonly used to weigh and dispense narcotics.

Sheriff Jones said: “These neighborhoods are filled with good people and they shouldn’t have to put up with these individuals who move in and participate in criminal behavior. Again, let it be clear that this will not be tolerated. These criminals and their criminal behavior not only affects adults, but also causes the death of our children. If you are one of these criminals, then you will be the target!”
