Kevin Costner wants his future ex-wife, Christine, out of his house.

He said he would also give her $200,000 for a down payment on a new home and cover the cost of her mortgage, property tax and insurance for a year, per the prenup. In addition, he will contribute $30,000, as part of his child support obligation, to help her secure a rental and advance her $10,000 for moving expenses.
In his statement, he also said he gave Christine $100,000 on their wedding and $100,000 on their first wedding anniversary, which saved $450,000, which could also be used for the buying a new house.
He also claimed that since April, Christine had withdrawn from her bank account or charged her credit card $95,000 for attorney and accountant fees “without notice.”
The filing noted that Kevin had included specific housing plans in his prenuptial agreement with Christine because after his divorce from first wife Cindy Silva in 1994, he “found himself homeless and unable to live in his own home. .. He never wanted that to happen again.”
