Yankees takeaways from Sunday’s 5-3 win over Rangers, including Harrison Bader delivering

Yankees F.C. Harrison Bader seized the opportunity as New York came back for a 5-3 victory over the Texas Rangers, securing the three-game series victory.

Four things to know about Sunday’s game

1. Bader’s 2-for-4 line featured a one-out, two-run brace in the eighth inning Ezequial Duran Which side scored Antoine Volpe And Oswaldo Cabrera as the Yankees (43-35) regained a 4-3 lead over the AL West-leading Rangers (47-30). With the Yankees offense struggling, they needed more of their ace, which lasted 4 2/3 innings after throwing just 74 strikes on 107 pitches.
