Taylor Swift Confirms Hayley Williams of Paramore and Fall Out Boy Duets on ‘Speak Now (Taylor’s Version)’

Taylor Swift has confirmed Paramore lead singer Hayley Williams’ duet on her upcoming release of “Speak Now (Taylor’s Version).”

Swift unveiled the full tracklist, including the album’s secret “From the Vault” songs Monday morning in a tweet. Williams will feature on the “Castle Crumbling” jump track. Fall Out Boy will feature on the “Electric Touch” vault track.

“Since Speak Now was all about my songwriting, I decided to go to the artists that I think influenced me the most as a lyricist at the time and ask them to sing on the song. album,” the singer wrote. “They are so cool and generous for agreeing to support my version of Speak Now. I recorded this album when I was 32 (and I’m still growing now) and I can’t wait to unveil it to you on July 7th.

Over the weekend, Swifties started talking about a possible Williams feature on Swift’s re-recorded third album when a tweeted a video of the singer receiving a friendship bracelet made by a fan during a meeting.

“Let me just tell you,” Williams said. “It’s a very interesting moment that you give me to carry.”

“Speak Now (Taylor’s Version)” will feature 16 songs from the original deluxe album, minus “If This Was a Movie,” which was re-recorded for “Fearless (Taylor’s Version).”

The six tracks in the vault are titled “Electric Touch (Featuring Fall Out Boy) (Taylor’s Version) (From the Vault)”, “When Emma Falls in Love (Taylor’s Version) (From the Vault)”, “I Can See You (Taylor’s Version)” Version) (from the vault), “Castles Crumbling (with Hayley Williams) (Taylor’s Version) (from the vault)”, “Foolish One (Taylor’s Version) (from the vault) )” and “Timeless (Taylor’s version) (from the vault).”

Swift’s last two re-recorded albums featured complex puns allowing fans to discover the titles of the vault tracks for themselves, but there wasn’t that purple shimmering vault video this time around.

The singer first announced the summer release of her third studio album on Night 1 of her stop in Nashville on the “Eras” tour. In addition to the “From the Vault” songs that add new context to each of Swift’s reissued albums, fans – especially after Taylor Lautner fanned the flames – are anticipating “Dear John (Taylor’s Version)” as well as the ever-popular ” Enchanted (Taylor’s version).
