At a DUI and driver’s license checkpoint on Friday, Bakersfield police officers checked 1,082 vehicles and arrested three drivers who were arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
One driver was charged with driving while impaired while two others were charged with driving while intoxicated, according to a news release from the Bakersfield Police Department.
