Detectives conducting a burglary suppression operation Thursday night at The Marketplace arrested two men on suspicion of grand theft of a catalytic converter, Bakersfield police reported.
It happened at about 7:10 p.m. in the 9000 block of Ming Avenue, where police arrested Ramiro Beltran, 46, of McFarland and Bryan Moran, 38, of Bakersfield, according to a BPD news release. Detectives also seized tools.
