Istela Nunes suffers a nasty injury in the first minute against Viktoriia Dudakova

Viktoriia Dudakova won her UFC debut and went undefeated, but not in a way anyone might have expected, let alone wanted.

Dudakova (7-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC) stepped into the cage to take on Istela Nunes, who was looking for her first UFC win. But just as the fight was getting started, it ended due to a nasty injury to Nunes (6-5 MMA, 0-4 UFC) just 34 seconds into the fight.

Dudakova tried to bring the fight back to the ground by shooting for a one-legged takedown. As Nunes descended, she posted with her left arm, but it bent under her as her body weight dropped.

Nunes immediately cried out in pain when it appeared her elbow was dislocated. Dudakova realized the injury and backed off as the referee rushed.

Unfortunately for Nunes, she walks away with her fourth UFC loss and remains winless in the promotion.
