The businesswoman and former adult film star married the “Born Lawless” podcast host in Las Vegas on May 23

Jenna Jameson is married!
The actress and former adult film star, 49, married girlfriend Jessi Lawless, 40, in an intimate wedding ceremony in Las Vegas on May 23.
“I found the person I really should have been with,” Jameson exclusively told PEOPLE.
“I try to remember why I dated men or married men, and it’s selfish and bad to say, but I think my driving force was the kids,” says the mother-of-three children. “And now that I’ve really found myself, I’m just accepting whatever I feel inside and not rushing everything.”

The newlyweds exchanged vows at Little Church of the West in Nevada, which has special meaning for Jameson, as it’s the same place his parents said “I do.” The couple will plan a bigger wedding when the time is right, but so far they “ran away and shot,” as Lawless describes it. “Very Las Vegas.”

Jameson, who plans to legally take on his wife’s last name, walked down the aisle to Johnny Cash’s ‘Ring of Fire’ in a short white dress with a long veil, pink platforms and hair dyed pink.
“My dad walked Jenna down the aisle, ever since her dad died,” says Lawless, who wore a black suit for the affair.

“I was standing up there waiting for her, and I looked around the back of the church and I saw her standing there. I looked at my father and I said, ‘Dad, Go take Jenna down the aisle right now.”
Instead of an Elvis Presley impersonator, the couple enlisted a Johnny Cash lookalike, who married the couple. After the ceremony, the newlyweds drove around Vegas in a neon green Lamborghini they rented for the day.
“We went up to Red Rock [Canyon] and we walked by and took pictures and just hung out with our family and had fun,” says Lawless.

As for how the two complement each other, Jameson, who calls herself “Jessi’s Girl” on Instagram, says they’re “very different,” but make a great team.

“I’m a bit overwhelmed and riding the wave of my emotions,” Jameson shares. “I just want what I want. And Jessi is very reserved and she thinks about everything, and so it’s a good mesh for sure, because she punishes me and I set fire under her ass.”
The pair first went online last year after Jameson discovered the social media personality on TikTok and started commenting on her page. Lawless admits it took him a while to realize who Jameson was. “I was like, ‘Who is this Jenna Can’t Lose?'” she recalled reading the star’s social media handle. “It’s Jenna fucking Jameson. Oh my God.”

Jameson adds, “I feared for Jessi for a long time because she’s pretty big on TikTok and I love TikTok. I just scroll through the night when I’m trying to calm down, and I just loved her take on things, I told So I started commenting on her en masse to try and get her attention, and it seemed to work.”
Lawless explains that she had a girlfriend at the time and that due to her “moral compass” she didn’t follow through on any of Jameson’s advances, but once the born without law The podcast host’s previous relationship ended, she responded, and the pair began dating in January. And now they’ve done their first official photoshoot as a married couple for Illustrated swimsuit.
“I knew I would get what I wanted,” adds Jameson, adding, “She was worth it. But she presented a challenge and I’m very driven when it comes to challenges, so I knew I had to. just lie and wait. And she came back.”

“I was like, maybe she just wants to have casual hookups,” Lawless says. “But I’m glad it went to a more serious level, and I’ve never been more comfortable with anyone.”

Further expressing his love for the New York Times Best-selling author Lawless says there’s nothing quite like being in the “inspiring” company of Jameson, who feels “at home”.
“The second I was in her presence, there is something about this woman, there are no words to describe the energy she has, but the second I was in her presence , I was like, ‘Oh fuck. This woman was made for me. Everything about her felt like home.’
Lawless continues, “He’s probably the strongest human being I’ve ever met in my life.”

After getting engaged in April, the couple decided they didn’t want to wait to say “I do”.
“I proposed to Jenna two months ago, and I did it in the privacy of our own bedroom,” Lawless said. “We were laying in bed and we were just talking, and I had the ring, I had had it for a minute, and I reached over to my nightstand and took it out and I walked over to her side of the bed I knelt down and told her she was the most amazing woman I have ever met and I couldn’t think of anything better for her to be my wife. “
Jameson adds, “The future is looking incredibly bright and I’m so excited to be on this adventure with Jessi.”
