Good news for game show fans: your summer fun is here with Hi Yahoo!, a cheerful new half-hour quiz show that opens a window into what America really thinks — in the form of billions of Yahoo searches. Hosted by Edby Tom Cavanagh, the show premiered Monday, June 12 at 8 p.m. ET on the Game Show Network. We’ve got the scoop on when and where to watch it, and more! Read on for all the details:

What is Hi yahoo?
Whether Wheel of Fortune And family quarrel had a baby in the digital age, that baby would be Hi Yahoo! Add in the charming Cavanagh and the contestants who say all the things you think they’ll never say, and you’ve got a very entertaining 30 minutes.
The game features two teams of three players each who work together to guess what millions of people are looking for on Yahoo Search. Teams are made up of family members, friends, colleagues and more. Candidates are given the start of a sentence like “Which state has the most ___?”, “How many days until ___?” or “Where is the best place to see ___?” and have to guess what the Americans were looking for. when they typed that specific question or phrase on Yahoo. (It’s National Parks, Christmas and the Northern Lights for those playing at home!)
Teams receive letters to help fill in the blanks, with each correct answer adding to their bank. The problem? The more clues they need, the less money they earn. And these answers aren’t based on random polls; it’s data straight from the source – Yahoo’s most popular and hilarious search results.
How to win?
At the end of the three rounds, the team with the most cash advances to a bonus, speed round for a chance to win $10,000. The team is presented with seven categories that correspond to the sections of Yahoo’s homepage: news, finance, sports, entertainment, life, shopping and technology. For each category, they must correctly guess a popular search term. Entrants can choose which category to start with and move on to the next category if they get stuck, but they’ll have to go back and answer all seven questions correctly – in 60 seconds, no less – to win the extra $10,000.
Winning the bonus round, according to Cavanagh, is “very hard to do”. But when they win, he says, “it’s one of the nicest things — they’re all on top of each other, crying, screaming. It is an authentic and exhilarating moment.
Who is host Tom Cavanagh?
Cavanagh, who burst onto the scene with his adorable aw-shucks persona in the first TV show Edalso appeared in series like Scrubs And Blue blood. Since 2014 he has starred in and directed the favorite superhero movie, flash, on which he plays many characters, including the sworn enemy “Reverse Flash”. His affable personality and neighborly charm made him the perfect “character” to put contestants at ease. Hi Yahoo! — and rib them just a bit when they offer answers like “shaggy hair” to “Is it hard to change a ___?”
