“They are very close and he is very happy for her, but he is taking his time with the relationship,” a source told PEOPLE
Pete Davidson and Chase Sui Wonders are “still going strong” nearly six months after they first dated, a source tells PEOPLE.
“He really, really cares about her and thinks she’s just the best,” the insider said of Body Body Body co-stars Davidson, 29, and Wonders, 27.
And while the two are “super close” and the Saturday Night Live alum is “very happy,” the source adds that “he’s taking his time with the relationship.”
But still, “When they’re apart, they’re still on the phone and just a cute couple,” the insider said.

Wonders and Davidson first sparked romance rumors in late 2022 when they attended a New York Rangers game alongside their Body her teammate Rachel Sennott.
They continued to fuel dating rumors in January, when they were seen huddled together on an outing in Brooklyn, New York.
Since then, the couple have been photographed numerous times kissing and holding hands. In addition to their day trips and date nights, Davidson and Wonders took advantage of some time to travel together and flew to Hawaii for a relaxing vacation.
Their relatives and friends confided in their relationship. In February, Davidson caught up with Wonders’ family, and a few months later, Martha Stewart called them “a very cute couple.”

While they’ve mostly kept quiet about their relationship, Davidson raved about Wonders at their film’s red carpet premiere. Bupkis in April.

And the feeling is mutual. As the wonders said Nylon of Davidson in an interview published last month, “He’s such a pro, and playing with him is my favorite thing.”
“As soon as I got on Bupkisit felt like we were sinking again,” she added. “The relationship is much less toxic in Bupkis than it is in Bodywhich is much more fun to play.”
In March, Davidson and Wonders were involved in an accident in which the King of Staten Island star was driving their vehicle. According to TMZ, Davidson was driving at high speed and lost control of the car, causing it to roll over the sidewalk, hit the fire hydrant and ultimately crash into the side of a residence. No one was injured, according to the outlet.
