Ghost kids own giant robots in Five Nights at Freddy’s trailer

Five nights at Freddy’s finds Josh Hutcherson fighting for his life in very different Hunger Games. In the film, the actor plays a struggling security guard named Mike who gets a job at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza and finds that surviving until the end of his first shift won’t be easy.

As Elizabeth Lail’s cop explains in the just-released trailer for the film, which you can see below, the restaurant closed a while ago. “In the 80s, children disappeared,” she says. “The police searched Freddy from top to bottom, they never found them. That’s why the place closed.” It seems that the child’s spirits have remained to haunt the joint with the help of Freddy’s animatronic mascots. Or, as Hutcherson’s character sums it up, “There are ghost children who own giant robots.”
