At least nine people were injured in a mass shooting in Hollywood Beach, Florida on Memorial Day, according to reports.
The incident, which left a 15-year-old victim among the injured, happened in the 1200 block area of N Broadwalk on Monday night, according to CBS Miami.
“Please avoid the Johnson Streets area of Garfield, as well as the Broadwalk, due to an ongoing shooting investigation. Heavy police presence in the area. If you are looking to locate a family member, we have put in place places a congregation area in the Johnson St and N Ocean bus loop,” Hollywood Polie Department tweeted.
Witnesses posted online that the shooting took place outside Nicks Bar & Grill around 7 p.m. ET.
