The Meeting/Vidhan Sabha constituency of Chopra (ST) is positioned within the Uttar Dinajpur district of West Bengal. It falls beneath the Darjeeling Lok Sabha constituency.

The constituency has 2,29,640 electors, 225 polling cubicles and covers Chopra neighborhood growth block and Kamalagaon Sujali gram panchayat of Islampur neighborhood growth block.

Hamidul Rahman of the Trinamool Congress received from the Chopra Meeting seat within the 2016 West Bengal Meeting election.
