Ashwin had advised that he watched the film and mentioned, “I noticed Grasp, Vera Stage mass the movie is. Superior songs, performing by Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi. I used to be completely blown away. Although there have been combined opinions, I completely loved the movie.” He mentioned he had really useful the movie to fellow Indian cricketer Ajinkya Rahane.
