A Wasco man was indicted Friday in connection to striking a postal worker in the face and injuring him, according to federal prosecutors.
Marco Pergis, 41, approached a postal carrier in June while he was delivering mail in Wasco, the U.S. Attorney’s Office of the Eastern District said. Pergis was charged with assault on a federal employee inflicting bodily injury, the news release said.
