The Musical’ at Disney Parks (Watch the Trailer)

Steve Rogers will really find out if he could “do all this daaaaaay” in Rogers: The Musical, the previously announced one-act special at Disney California Adventure. Its limited broadcast will be from June 30 to August 31.

The parody show in the Marvel Studios universe about Steve Rogers, who apes Lin-Manuel Miranda hamilton, and appeared In hawk eyes opening episode on Disney+ – got real. The musical project came to fruition thanks to the efforts of Disney Live Entertainment in partnership with writer Hunter Bell, star and author of the Tony Award-nominated book. Gather your friends if you plan on seeing it when it premieres at West Coast Park, because you’ll need an Avengers-style plan. And yes, that means technology is involved. You will be able to access viewing areas to Rogers: The Musical through the Disneyland app’s virtual queuing system, which will distribute reservations for Rogers: The Musical each day starting at 10:30 a.m. PT for the first two broadcast times of the day and at 2:00 p.m. PT for the remaining broadcast times of the day. If you’re old school like Steve and Bucky, you can try to get queued tickets on a first-come, first-served basis if they’re available once the virtual queue has reached capacity. ; check at the Hyperion Theater before Rogers: The Musical starts for all walks. For fans, there will be a special Rogers: The Musical”Premium Viewing Experience” which includes perks like a themed bucket of popcorn and priority seating in the theatre.

Rogers: The Musical is set to run multiple times a day, Tuesday through Saturday during the limited engagement, but be sure to check Disneyland.com before you book your trip to make sure it’s running while you’re there. If you go, be sure to sample the Steve Rogers-approved Disney treats offered as part of the opening, which will coincide with the 4th of July weekend, at select locations throughout Disney California Adventure Park.
