Police arrived in the 8600 block of South C Street in Tacoma after getting reports of a shooting Monday at 5:50 p.m.
When officers arrived at the scene they found a man who with multiple gunshot wounds.
They tried to save the man’s life but when the man died at the scene.
The incident is being investigated as a homicide.
