The Congress-led authorities in Puducherry on Monday misplaced the arrogance vote sought by Chief Minister V Narayanasamy, within the face of its depleted power of 11 in opposition to the opposition’s 14 following resignation of ruling dispensation MLAs, together with a DMK legislator.
