E Sreedharan, fondly referred to as ‘Metroman’, on Thursday expressed his want to contest Kerala Meeting polls. Confirming the news of him becoming a member of the Bharatiya Janata Social gathering (BJP), Sreedharan stated, “Sure, I shall be becoming a member of BJP. Different political events in Kerala are simply working within the curiosity of their respective events and didn’t do any good to Kerala,” news company ANI reported.
Requested whether or not he’s desirous to contest in upcoming Kerala Meeting elections, the previous Delhi metro chief answered,”If the BJP asks me to contest I’ll. It’s for them to resolve the constituency. Loads of growth works may be finished and I hope to do it by becoming a member of BJP.” The Meeting elections within the southern state is scheduled to be held between April-Could.
“If Kerala has to develop then its infrastructure and industries should develop,” he talked about.
Kerala state president Ok Surendran stated in Kozhikode that Sreedharan would be a part of the occasion throughout the Vijay Yatra that can start from Kasaragod on 21 February. Surendran, the previous chief of Delhi Metro is understood to vary the face of public transport system within the nation.
