Keke Palmer Responds to Boyfriend’s Disapproval of Risky Concert Outfit

Keke Palmer has now returned to Instagram after her boyfriend, Darius Jackson, tweeted his disapproval of an outfit she wore to see Usher in concert. Jackson shamed the risky set because Palmer was a new mother.

After keeping quiet about her son’s dad’s remarks at first, the KeyTV creator finally responded by uploading even more photos of her sexy cut.

“I wish I had taken more photos, but we were late,” Palmer captioned a photo carousel from the Las Vegas residence. “I’m telling you right now, if you haven’t seen @usher YOU HAVE TO GO!! HE WAS SO FABULOUS!!”

Giving the “Yeah” crooner his props and also feeling inspired to get back on stage one day, she added, “Giving the theater, Atlanta downnn, tips and tricks and just iconic. I was really inspired as a performer. I booed a shovel too! Where is that picture of us all together with the king himself? ? @noraradd.

On Wednesday, July 5, Jackson had a few words for the 29-year-old as she wore a sheer black dress and red lipstick for the show. “This is the outfit that… you’re a mom,” he tweeted featuring a clip of Palmer enjoying Usher serenading him with “There Goes My Baby”.

Palmer and Jackson welcomed a baby boy named Leodis in February.

As Palmer’s social media account began to fill with supportive comments, Jackson’s did the opposite. Following his unfavorable tweets on Wednesday, the 29-year-old father-of-one was met with heaps of backlash.

A person replied to his tweet with, “Humiliating your own partner online for wearing an attractive outfit is a high level of insecurity,” as another added, “Why couldn’t he go tell her in their living room? It’s a stupid comment, but saying it publicly is VERY stupid.

However, Jackson continued to double down on his thoughts.

“We live in a generation where a man in the family doesn’t want the wife and mother of his kids showing butt to please others and being told how hateful he is,” he tweeted.. “It’s my family and my representation. I have standards and morals I believe. I close my file.

Amid the debacle, fans and celebrities gave Keke an outpouring of support and love. Even Usher wrote to the actress and singer: “The Big Boss!! Thanks for coming.

“LIVE YOUR DESTINY KEKE! We knew who you were before we knew this man,” one fan commented. “Respect to you, but we still don’t really know this man. YOU NEED MASSIVE MALE ENERGY TO HOLD YOUR BABY AND YOU DESERVE IT!

Another person added, “Don’t let baby daddy dictate what you wear! Put that shit on.
