Gwyneth Paltrow opens up about her experience of menopause.
The politician The 50-year-old actress got candid about how she’s dealing with menopause when a fan asked her during a Q&A on her Instagram Story on Friday.
“I can’t cope, someone help me and all of us ladies, good God,” Paltrow wrote, unrestrained in his response.
The Goop founder continued to share her thoughts and feelings during the Q&A after a pregnant follower asked her for advice on dealing with the first trimester.

Paltrow discussed her menopause experience on Instagram in a Q&A

The actress said in a video in response that she had a “really difficult” first trimester with her two children, daughter Apple, 19, and son Moses, 17, shared with ex-husband Chris Martin .
“I wish more people had told me how difficult it can be,” Paltrow said. “I’ve had a lot of people in my life who were like, ‘I feel incredibly pregnant’ – and I felt so bad. So the best thing is that it’s worth it. It’s so worth it, I can’t even tell you, but hopefully it will pass in the second quarter.
Elsewhere in the Q&A, Paltrow showed how she relaxes and switches off, in response to another fan question, as she posted a short clip of herself smiling in a bathtub with a candle lit behind her on a cupboard table.

Paltrow also answered a question in the bath
On Monday, Paltrow shared a photo of her and her daughter Apple getting pampered while cooking a delicious meal.
The wellness star posted a photo to her Instagram Story last weekend of the pair wearing under-eye treatments, giving their skin some TLC in the kitchen.
“Cooking with eye masks, of course,” Paltrow captioned the post.

Paltrow is the author of several cookbooks, including his latest The clean plate, published in 2019. She often posts food content on her goop website. His goop Kitchen take-out restaurant recently opened its latest outpost in Costa Mesa, California.
The duo are likely enjoying as much mother-daughter time as possible this summer before Apple returns for their sophomore year of college in New York. In an Instagram Story post in January, Paltrow admitted that she missed her daughter while she was in school.
“Still trying to get used to it💔,” she wrote alongside an old selfie she took with Martin.
