Neither party has requested spousal support and they will both be legally single on August 11.
Brittany Snow and Tyler Stanaland have finalized their divorce, just over five months after it was filed.
According to court documents filed earlier this week and obtained by PEOPLE, the couple – who wed in March 2020 and listed their separation date as September 14, 2022 – have reached a full settlement.
They’ve split their assets so everyone keeps what’s theirs, stating “no community assets” to hash. The documents also refer to a prenuptial agreement that was in place.
Neither party is asking for alimony. They keep the money in their separate bank accounts and split their joint accounts 50/50, which will then be closed.
They will become legally single on August 11.
Snow, 37, and Stanaland, 33, announced their split on Instagram with identical statements in September.

“After time and thought, Tyler and I have made the difficult decision to go our separate ways,” Snow wrote at the time. “This decision was made with love and mutual respect. We realized that we needed to take time and ensure that each of us was living our most fulfilling and authentic life.”

“We started this journey as best friends and our relationship will continue to be a priority not just for us but for our dog Charlie,” the Perfect the actress added.
At the premiere of his film The good half at the Tribeca festival last month, Snow told PEOPLE how she’s been navigating the past few months.
“I think everyone goes through really tough times and it’s all about our perspective and how we deal with it, isn’t it?” she says. “Because no one is immune to difficult times in their lives. And all I’m trying to do is focus on myself and cut out the noise.”
Before that, Snow told Bustle how one of her Perfect the costars “groomed me” during a “tricky” time.
“Last year I went through probably the toughest mental health challenge I’ve ever faced. In one day, in a few hours, my life turned completely upside down,” she said in May. . “I was caught off guard and everything I thought I knew, held sacred and trusted in my life was completely different.”
“A few days later my grandmother passed away and I think everything I knew about mental health was tested,” Snow added. “Thank goodness for my friends. I don’t know if I would have made it without them. They reminded me of who I was and the things I stood for.”
Snow said of his unnamed helper Perfect boyfriend, “Last year was really tough for me, and one of the girls, you know, just opened her door and I just fell on the floor and I just cried and lay there. And she basically healed to health for about four days. And it wasn’t the one I thought he’d be able to do either.
