A 2-year-old boy is dead after he was run over by a tractor Tuesday night, the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office reported.
The incident occurred in the 2500 block of Misty Lane in Wayne Township. Just after 6 p.m., a female called 911 and said her little brother had been run over, officials said.
Wayne Township first responders rushed to the scene but the boy’s injuries were fatal.
The sheriff’s office is investigating the incident and has interviewed witnesses. Deputies have not said if anyone is at fault in the boy’s death.
No further details have been released including the identity of the child.
